1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and role, as provisioned by Viedtech.
• Login credentials: your password, which we store only as a securely hashed value we cannot reverse, along with login session and device tokens.
• Communications: the content and delivery status of SMS messages and emails we send you, such as login credentials, password-reset codes, and app notifications.
• Device and usage data: push-notification device tokens, device type, app version, and activity timestamps.

The app is provisioned only for the Executive role and is not available to survey vendors, other staff, or client organizations. We do not collect payment card information through the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• create and manage your executive account and authenticate your access to the app;
• display business statistics and performance summaries to you within the app;
• send account credentials, password-reset codes, and app notifications by SMS and email;
• send push notifications, such as a daily briefing summary, to your device;
• authenticate your account, maintain security, and investigate misuse; and
• respond to inquiries you send us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for advertising purposes.

3. AI-Assisted Statistics

The app includes a conversational assistant that lets you ask questions about business performance in plain language, and may proactively send you a daily briefing summary. The underlying AI model can only read aggregated business statistics through a fixed set of controls — it cannot write to or otherwise modify any data, and it does not surface individual client names or job-level detail. Your questions and the assistant's answers are processed by our cloud AI provider solely to generate your response and are not used to train third-party AI models.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the app, with providers acting on our behalf under contract, including:

• an SMS gateway, to deliver login credentials and password-reset codes;
• an email delivery provider, to send account and notification emails;
• a push-notification service, to deliver alerts and briefing summaries to your device;
• a cloud AI provider, for the assistant described in Section 3; and
• our hosting and database infrastructure providers, to run the app's backend.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Viedtech or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your executive account remains active and as needed to meet our business, contractual, and legal obligations. When your account is deactivated, we retain the related records for a reasonable period consistent with our record-keeping obligations, after which the information is deleted or anonymized.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, encrypted transmission of data, and rotating login sessions. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly using the details in Section 11. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will honor these rights where they apply.

8. Cookies

The app itself does not use browser cookies. It uses only the session data necessary to keep you logged in, and does not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is intended solely for use by Viedtech executives in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards to protect information transferred internationally.
